Hello,

I’M Amandine.

I'm a health coach, pastry chef and mom of four.

I started my career in tech, before launching into a completely different adventure: my own pastry shop in Paris, Les Gros Gâteaux. Then our family packed our bags and settled in Chicago, and a new chapter began.

The day I decided to take care of myself

After years of working without counting my hours, I found myself in Chicago with a little more time for myself. A new city, a new life, and the desire to feel better in my body.

Behind me, hundreds of failed diets. This time, I chose a different path: rethinking my eating without depriving myself, and finding a physical activity that felt good. Twenty minutes of strength training, a few times a week, new habits, and gradually, 44 pounds (20 kilos) lighter.

But the most important part wasn't on the scale.

I wanted to get my energy back, feel good in my body, and want to jump, run and dance with my kids. I understood that taking care of yourself shouldn't be one more obligation, but a way to live your everyday life better.

Move for pleasure, not to compensate

Then came running. Running along Chicago's lakefront completely changed my relationship with exercise. It was no longer a chore to tick off a list, but a moment for me, one that gives me energy and makes me happy.

For my 40th birthday, I even set myself a challenge: a triathlon!

I discovered that there is no single right way to move. What matters is finding the way that you enjoy, that makes you feel good, and that has a place in your real life.

That experience made me want to go further: to understand how our body works, the role of food, and the impact of our habits on our well-being. That's what led me to train as a health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Because you can love butter AND take care of yourself

That probably sums up my approach best.

I'm a pastry chef, I love food, and I don't believe you have to give up what you love to take care of your health.

I believe instead in colorful plates, meals that give you energy, movement you enjoy, and small habits that, put together, can truly change your everyday life.

You don't need a perfect life, rigid rules or unshakable motivation. Change has to be able to find its place in real life, with work, kids, surprises and the days when you simply don't have the time.

What if we found what feels good for you?

Today, I support women who want to get their energy back and feel better in their bodies and their daily lives, through food, movement and everyday habits.

My role isn't to hand you a list of rules to follow. It's to help you understand your needs, identify what you want to change, and find concrete solutions that fit your life.

We move forward together, at your own pace, with no restrictive diet, no guilt and no pressure to be perfect.

You can find me in Mille-feuille, my group coaching program, or in my 1:1 coaching program, for more personalized support.

What? 20 minutes to get to know each other, talk about your goals and needs, and see how I could support you. A coffee, a conversation, no pressure.

*I'm currently completing my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I've earned the IIN Mid-Certificate and I'm practicing as a Health Coach in training. I will officially graduate on November 11, and my practice is already open to support you on your wellness journey.
